The US Dollar Index fell to its lowest point in a week the night before last, and this signal is more important than many people think.

Why pay attention to the dollar's performance? Simply put, it's a classic "see-saw" — when the dollar is weak, crypto assets tend to strengthen. This is not a coincidence but an inevitable result of capital flow.

Recently, the US economic outlook has indeed been less optimistic. Companies are beginning to lay off workers, and there are clear signs of weakness in the employment market. Under this pressure, the Federal Reserve finds it difficult to maintain high interest rate policies, and the market generally expects a rate cut in December, with further easing measures possibly to follow.

Deeper signals come from the Federal Reserve system itself. Their emergency loan issuance has dropped significantly, indicating that liquidity in the banking system is already ample, and idle funds are naturally seeking outlets. At this moment, the cryptocurrency market becomes a quite attractive option.

Every cycle of dollar depreciation seems to open the gates for the crypto market's upward phase. The most responsive funds in the market always act ahead of the curve; by the time relevant economic data is released and news floods in, ordinary investors realize the opportunity, often already missing the rhythm.

When ordinary people feel worried about the economic outlook, their choices tend to be quite consistent: either hold onto cash tightly or start looking for assets that can preserve or even appreciate in value. Against this backdrop of shifting expectations, the attractiveness of the crypto asset market naturally increases.

A weak dollar is a signal to get in, but most people are always a step behind.

It's the same theory again, basically a signal to buy the dip.

Here we go again. Every time the dollar weakens, the crypto circle gets excited. It was about time to get on board.

dollar weakness is just the opening move, real question is whether validator attrition actually pressures network resilience when liquidity floods in... most people sleep on that part tbh
