#数字资产市场动态 Recently, I read an industry report on crypto exchange professionals in 2025. Based on some actual observations and personal experiences, I’ve summarized a few insights about the recruitment market. This might be somewhat helpful for friends who are considering entering the exchange industry.
First, let's talk about the top-tier players. Certain leading exchanges indeed offer good salaries and development opportunities, which is undeniable. However, some departments have become highly competitive recently. OKX, although offering attractive benefits, has a high-pressure management style, and the number of full-time employees has remained below 2000 for a long time. Bybit’s pressure is relatively milder, but available positions are limited, and the employee scale is also around 2000.
Next, look at overseas compliant platforms. Companies like Coinbase, Crypto.com, and Kraken generally have an international work environment, and their salary-to-value ratio is quite decent. The key point is that they require a high level of English communication skills—that’s the threshold.
Within the Mexc exchange system, Mexc itself offers decent benefits. Although its liquidity is large, it can retain some experienced staff; other affiliated companies are relatively average, with high turnover, and staying more than half a year is considered a sign of being an old employee. Bitget, despite implementing a rotating weekly schedule, offers decent salaries, but the overall pace is quite intense. Gate has a reputation for "less money, more work." BingX, as one of the few companies with both popularity and not overly competitive internal culture, offers medium-level benefits.
There are also smaller platforms like VOOX, XT, Bitunix, and FameEX. Due to limited data samples, I won’t comment much on them. Overall, the recruitment market for crypto exchanges has been changing quite rapidly in the past two years. When choosing, it’s important to weigh your expectations regarding salary, workload, and growth potential.
