#代币资产发行与投资 Wait a minute, I just saw a message that almost scared me—The US SEC Chair said that financial markets will move towards on-chain transformation??? What does this mean? Does it mean that stocks will also become tokens in the future?
I just looked into it carefully, and it turns out like this: The SEC has approved an organization called DTCC to custody tokenized stocks and RWA assets on the blockchain, and they are also introducing an innovative exemption policy to make it easier for innovators to bring traditional finance onto the chain. It sounds pretty impressive, but I’m still a bit confused—what does this mean for us ordinary investors?
It seems like this could be a big event because the SEC Chair emphasized that on-chain markets will have higher transparency and efficiency, and investors can directly transfer tokenized assets to their wallets. In that case, will investing become more convenient and safer in the future? Or is this just an institutional matter that doesn’t have much to do with retail investors?
Can someone explain to me how "tokenized securities" actually work? Will it affect the current trading methods? It feels like blockchain is really slowly changing the financial world, which makes me a bit excited and a bit nervous.
