#代币资产发行与投资 I just saw the latest statement from the SEC Chair, and I am incredibly excited! The US financial markets are about to transition onto the blockchain. This is not just a pipe dream of some individuals, but an official commitment from the highest level of financial regulation.
Think about what this means. Tokenized securities and RWA assets will circulate directly on the chain, bringing a qualitative leap in transaction transparency and clearing and settlement efficiency. The cumbersome intermediary steps in traditional financial systems will become somewhat redundant in the face of blockchain technology. DTC has already approved on-chain custody and confirmation of tokenized assets, indicating that infrastructure is gradually being implemented.
What I am most looking forward to is the proposed "Innovation Exemption Policy"—this means innovators finally have a breathing space to explore new models within a relatively relaxed regulatory framework, rather than being tightly constrained by cumbersome regulations. This is a direct boon for the entire Web3 ecosystem.
From the long-term vision of decentralized finance, this shift is gradually transforming what was once considered "venture risk" into an inevitable choice for mainstream finance. Transparency, efficiency, and trustlessness—these core values of Web3 are being redefined by traditional finance.
The change has already begun, and it is driven from the highest levels. This is the future we have been talking about; it is no longer an illusion but a tangible process in progress.
