Getting trapped really makes people doubt life.

Lately, I've been bouncing back and forth within the range, and my mental state is about to explode. Today has been a dazed and sluggish day, unable to eat, feeling extremely annoyed.

The most painful part isn't the sudden drop, but the days of sideways movement at high levels. If it breaks below, I can accept it, at least there's a chance to make a decision, and I accept the outcome. But just stuck here, watching every day, torturing myself every day, it's really unbearable.

I also can't sleep well at night, my mind is full of market movements. I still can't fall asleep now; this feeling of being trapped is really disgusting.

Sideways trading is the most torturous, really, it's more uncomfortable than a direct crash; at least with a crash, you can cut losses.

Bro, this sideways movement is really more hopeless than a drop. I understand that feeling.

ngl this sideways action is literally a wallet drainer in slow motion... let me pull the data on your emotional state rn and it's showing classic panic cascade indicators, not financial advice but the pattern analysis suggests you're about to make a desperation move that'll flag your account permanently. remember folks DYOR before you liquidate outta fear.

Bro, I totally get your state. Consolidation is even more uncomfortable than a drop, you're torturing yourself every day.

Sideways trading is truly the ultimate killer, more painful than directly smashing, tormenting myself every day.

Sideways trading is really more uncomfortable than a decline; every day I gamble that it will go up, but the result is just exhaustion. Me too, staying up all night checking K-line charts, I'm almost out of energy.

Bro, that's why I advise you not to keep staring at the charts. Are you still holding at a high level? Hurry up and cut your losses, don't torment yourself anymore. Sideways trading is the most torturous; it's really better to cut your losses directly and make a decision. If your mindset is gone, everything is doomed. Clearing your positions and getting a good sleep is better than anything else. This wave of market action is just here to collect IQ taxes, don't get caught up in it.
