Another 2 years of research? I've experienced this "certainty" 8 times already, each time claiming stability is the night before a price surge. And what happened... The certainty of interest rates is full of crap. Did you forget that the Federal Reserve can flip at any time? But maybe this time they really won't move, but don't expect this to save the market. Funds have long since moved to other ecosystems to harvest gains.
