Don't remind me again today

Seeing this whale’s moves, a classic line from “The Old Man and the Sea” suddenly popped into my head—you can destroy a man, but you can never defeat his will.

Something quite surreal happened on November 21. According to Hyperinsight monitoring data, a well-known whale account had just been hit hard by the market: their full-position 25x leveraged Ethereum long was liquidated, instantly wiping out $1.05 million. Normally, this is when most people would just lay low and reflect, right?

But instead, this person took the $14,900 left in their account and opened another 25x ETH long. Now they’re holding a position of 100 ETH, with a liquidation price set at $2,635. Watching this move brings up mixed feelings—is it admirable courage, or just recklessness?

That’s the crypto market for you: some people are once bitten, twice shy, while others get bolder after every setback. High-leverage trading is always playing with fire. Whether this move turns into a dramatic comeback or an accelerated downfall—only time and price swings will tell.

Wow, 1.05 million is gone and you're still coming back? This guy is really ruthless, if it were me, I would have deleted the app and run away long ago. --- Only 14,900 left and still going for 25x, this isn't courage, it's gambling, brother. --- "The Old Man and the Sea"? I think this guy is more like playing Russian roulette, really just risking his life over and over. --- I have to say, this kind of audacity is indeed something, but it would just be a joke if it ends up getting liquidated again. --- Talking about licking blood from a knife's edge sounds nice, but it's really just getting carried away, nothing else. --- 100 Ether at a liquidation price of 2635, this guy is betting that it won't fall below 2635, right? Then I can only wish him luck. --- This is really crazy, losing so much money and still not learning the lesson, and wanting to come back for another round, what do we call this in the encryption circle? "True believer"? --- Getting braver after setbacks? I prefer to call it "gambling addiction", anyway, there are only two outcomes: either becoming rich overnight or getting liquidated again. --- This large investor is truly ruthless, but I bet five bucks this round is still going to get liquidated.

1.05 million USD evaporated in an instant, and still dare to go All in with the remaining 14,900, what is this if not courage, it’s purely a gambler's mentality.

This guy is really crazy. 1.05 million disappeared in an instant and he still dares to go for another round. I have to say, this isn't courage, this is being reckless. Going all in with 14,900 on 25x leverage is basically gambling with his life.

This mentality is truly extreme. Losing 1.05 million and still daring to try again; I see this as either a gambler's spirit or true faith in deposit.

This guy really has a gambler's mentality, losing 1.05 million and still daring to go all in, it's really incredible. --- Liquidation price 2635, I bet fifty cents he won't make it there. --- No, is this called strong will? This is called getting carried away, haha. --- Just looking at him makes me feel exhausted, playing so recklessly with 25x leverage, sooner or later he's going to bleed heavily. --- Alright, this is what you call the true gambler of all or nothing, I choose to watch the show. --- It sounds nice to say "licking blood on the blade," but in reality, it's just irrational All in, if he loses another 2 million next time, he'll probably behave himself. --- 14.9k for a comeback? Brother, are you watching a Hong Kong movie? --- To be honest, this operation has a kind of magical attraction, even though I know it's 100% giving away money. --- Getting more and more courageous? I think this is called getting crazier with more losses, haha. --- No matter what, this brother will eventually pay his tuition, the market is always the best teacher.
