#巨鲸动向 According to the latest forecast from Deutsche Bank, the Fed will implement a 25 basis point rate cut this week, while the European Central Bank has chosen to remain passive. This policy divergence essentially creates a situation of "the U.S. releasing liquidity, while Europe deliberately ignores it," and the economic laws contained within are worth pondering – funds will naturally flow to places with higher returns, which may bring a new round of fluctuations to the Crypto Assets market.

Historically, interest rate cuts typically increase market liquidity, leading funds to flow into high-yield assets, with Bitcoin being one of the beneficiaries. A case in point is this May, when the Fed merely signaled a rate cut, Bitcoin surged from $90,000 to $100,000 within a week, also driving a collective rise in other Crypto Assets. If this rate cut is implemented, mainstream Crypto Assets are likely to experience a wave of short-term price increases, which aligns perfectly with the economic logic of "increased liquidity driving asset prices up."

For ordinary investors, the following three strategies can be considered:

First, focus on market leaders. $BTC and $ETH, as leaders in the crypto market, often determine the overall market direction. A wise approach is to avoid chasing highs and instead buy in batches during price corrections, which can reduce risk and achieve more stable returns.

Secondly, be cautious with small-cap coins. In the early stages of interest rate cuts, funds typically flow first into mainstream Crypto Assets. Although small coins have high Fluctuation, the risks are also significant. It is recommended to only use idle funds for participation and never use leverage or borrowed funds. Maintaining a rational investment mindset is the key to long-term success.

Thirdly, implement effective risk management. Even if interest rate cut expectations have been formed, market reactions still carry uncertainty. By setting stop-loss levels in advance and locking in some profits in a timely manner, one can ensure that earnings do not disappear with market fluctuations.

It is worth noting that this interest rate cut is not only a short-term positive factor but also reflects a decline in global investors' trust in the traditional financial system. Looking back at last year's Silicon Valley Bank crisis, Bitcoin rose 20% against the trend, indicating that more and more investors are beginning to see crypto assets as a safe-haven tool. Future market trends will not only depend on interest rate cut policies but will also be closely related to multiple factors such as the outcome of the U.S. elections and the flow of ETF funds, all of which are deep-seated variables affecting the market.

Ultimately, the key to successful investment lies in transforming cognition into actual returns. Do not be misled by short-term price fluctuations; by grasping the long-term trend, one can achieve sustainable returns in the crypto market.
