Looking at the 4-hour chart, Ethereum had a strong rise before, but then suddenly plummeted, dropping to around $3400. Now there is a slight rebound, but it's still far from the previous high.
Looking at the technical indicators again, the middle line of the Bollinger Bands is at 4044.71, with a resistance level above at 4572.21 and a support level below at 3517.21. The current price is below the middle line, indicating a short-term weakness. The DIF and DEA in the MACD indicator are both negative, but the MACD histogram is approaching zero, suggesting a potential turn.
- Short-term support: $3640. If it drops to this level, you can try to go long with a small position, for example, using about 10% of the total funds.
- Short-term pressure: $3866. If it rebounds to this level, those who previously held positions can take profit on a portion, such as taking profit on 30% of the position.
- Strong support below: $3517. If it falls to this level and holds, then add to your position, but do not exceed 15% of the total funds for the additional investment.
