Global leading fintech company Circle recently released its first financial report since going public. Despite achieving significant growth in several key metrics, the company ultimately reported a net loss due to non-cash expenses related to the initial public offering (IPO).

The report shows that Circle's total revenue and reserve income reached $658 million, a 53% increase compared to the same period last year. This growth is mainly attributed to the robust development of the company's core business, particularly the significant increase in the circulation of its issued dollar stablecoin USDC.

However, due to one-time non-cash expenses related to the IPO, the company ultimately recorded a net loss of $482 million. It is worth noting that such expenses are typically considered special items and do not have a significant impact on the company's long-term operations and cash flow.

Analysts generally believe that this financial report reflects Circle's strong fundamentals while also showcasing typical financial characteristics during the listing process. The market is more focused on the company's cash flow and growth rate rather than one-time accounting expenses.

Looking ahead, if the regulatory and compliance environment related to stablecoins continues to improve, the use of USDC in bank-grade application scenarios may further expand. Investors and industry observers will closely monitor institutional investors' target price assessments for Circle stock (CRCL) and the changes in USDC's activity across various blockchains, as these factors may become important indicators for judging the company's future development direction.

Old projects are steadily progressing, and USDC has always been reliable.
