Investment banks partner with technology companies to build a Web3 digital asset ecosystem.
Digital Bank collaborates with multiple enterprises to explore a new ecosystem of Web3.0 digital assets
Recently, an investment bank signed a memorandum of understanding in Kuala Lumpur with several technology companies, aimed at jointly promoting innovative development in the digital asset field of the Web3.0 era. This cooperation involves four parties: a licensed Labuan investment bank, a cryptocurrency trading platform, a cybersecurity company, and a cloud computing service provider.
According to the cooperation agreement, cryptocurrency exchanges, cybersecurity companies, and investment banks will contribute Web3 expertise to cloud service providers to jointly explore future business opportunities. The cloud service providers will be responsible for providing technical support for project planning and implementation. In addition, the cryptocurrency exchanges will provide fiat-to-crypto exchange services while complying with the relevant regulations of the Monetary Authority of Singapore, facilitating a smooth transition from Web2 to Web3, and acting as liquidity providers for investment banks. The cybersecurity companies will focus on the development of Web3 security solutions.
The signing ceremony was held at the Customer Solutions Innovation Center of the cloud computing service provider located in Kuala Lumpur. The representatives participating in the signing included the chairman of the investment bank's board, the CEO and founder of the cryptocurrency trading platform, the CTO and founder of the cybersecurity company, and the vice president of the AI business unit of the cloud computing service provider's Malaysian branch.
The chairman of the board of the investment bank stated when discussing this cooperation: "The Web3.0 era, with the core concept of 'Internet of Everything + customer-centric', provides vast space for the innovative development of financial institutions, especially digital banks. Our collaboration with financial technology partners in Singapore to build a new ecosystem will focus on the innovation of digital financial products and the core development and appreciation of digital assets, continuously creating and sharing value for global enterprises and individual users."
The CEO of the cryptocurrency trading platform stated: "This quadrilateral cooperation will lay the foundation for the technological development of Web3.0. As a bridge between Web2 and Web3, we will assist Web2 applications in transitioning to Web3. At the same time, cloud service providers will offer comprehensive cloud infrastructure services for the Web3 industry, while cybersecurity companies will provide comprehensive security guarantees for Web3. We believe that with the joint efforts of multiple parties, Web3 will experience explosive growth in Southeast Asia and even the global market."
