This financing issues 40 million prepaid common stock warrants at a price of $5 per warrant, with support from institutional investors such as Galaxy Digital. The company plans to use the raised funds to establish Ethereum reserves, aiming to acquire 10% of the equity in the Ethereum network. At the same time, the company will participate in network operations through staking and explore tokenized asset business.
