Paul Klanschek, co-founder and co-CEO of the European Crypto Assets platform Bitpanda, announced his resignation and will take on an advisory role, with vice CEO Lukas Enzersdorfer-Konrad succeeding him. After achieving record annual performance, Bitpanda is evaluating strategic options, including a potential listing in Frankfurt. The company had previously explored going public last year, with a valuation that could reach $4 billion (Bloomberg).
