On May 10, Pakistan and India have reached an immediate ceasefire protocol. The Pakistani Foreign Minister stated that Pakistan is always committed to peace and security in the region, without compromising sovereignty and territorial integrity. This is not a partial ceasefire, but a comprehensive ceasefire protocol between the two countries. The military channels and hotlines of India and Pakistan have been activated. The Pakistan Airport Authority stated that Pakistani airspace has been fully restored and is applicable to all flights. The Indian Ministry of External Affairs stated that the India-Pakistan ceasefire will begin at 17:00 Indian Standard Time on Saturday. The Commander of the Pakistan Military Operations called on Saturday afternoon; both sides agreed to cease all firing. The military commanders of India and Pakistan will meet again on May 12.
