Jen-Hsun Huang responded to the impact of DeepSeek: Such models require more Computing Power support.

On March 20, Jin Shi Data reported that on March 19 local time, Jen-Hsun Huang, CEO of NVIDIA (NVDA.O), stated at the GTC conference that new types of artificial intelligence models capable of producing more complex answers will only increase the demand for computing infrastructure. Jen-Hsun Huang mentioned that concerns from the outside world regarding DeekSeek's AI model R1 requiring fewer chips and more powerful servers are misguided. "The understanding of R1 from the outside is completely wrong; in fact, this type of model has a much higher demand for Computing Power."
