Yesterday, there was a sharp drop in Bitcoin and altcoins, and legendary analyst Peter Brandt indirectly shared the reason for the drop.

At this point, Brandt, who shared from the X account, claimed that two important threats could end Bitcoin forever.

Brandt, who stated that these two threats are quantum computing and a coordinated central bank attack, argued that they could end BTC if they were to occur.

"I have always argued that two things can destroy Bitcoin. First, a coordinated central bank attack that intervenes in every possible way with the people who own Bitcoin, not the Bitcoin architecture. Second, quantum computation, which is an existential threat."

With this post, Peter Brandt referenced Google's quantum chip Willow, which was introduced yesterday, implying that Google's move triggered the decline in Bitcoin.

I have always maintained that two things could put it into bitcoin. The first is a coordinated central bank attack, not at bitcoin architecture, but in interfering in every way possible with people who own bitcoin. The second which is an existential threat is quantum computing.
