Just checked out the latest XRP holder distribution data and it's pretty eye-opening. Turns out you don't need nearly as much as people think to be among the top holders. To crack the top 1% of XRP addresses, you're looking at around 50,600 XRP. That's way less than most people assume when they hear "top tier." Even more interesting - if you've got 2,500 XRP, congratulations, you're already in the top 10%. The concentration is real though. Top 0.01% are sitting on at least 5.7 million XRP, and the numbers drop pretty fast from there. But here's what caught my attention: the gap between casual holders and serious ones isn't as massive as you'd expect. Being in the top 0.1% requires 369,080 XRP, top 0.2% is 200,099. What this really shows is that the XRP distribution is pretty concentrated at the very top, but there's a decent middle ground where retail investors can actually position themselves meaningfully. If you're thinking about XRP's role in settlement infrastructure, these numbers suggest early movers don't need astronomical amounts to have skin in the game. Even moderate positions put you well ahead of the majority of accounts out there.
