BlockBeats 消息，3 月 3 日，Neo 基金会发布 2025 财年财务报告与洞察，涵盖 Neo 从成立至今的财务状况，以及投资摘要、资产管理、支出以及 Neo 下一阶段的重组计划。

过去 12 年 Neo 从初始约 520 万美元起步，经历波折后实现显著回报，总高流动性现金流入近 2 亿美元。加密资产升值贡献突出，国库资产规模达到历史高点约 4.61 亿美元。资产管理方面截至 2025 年底，Neo 国库持有约 4117 万枚 NEO 和 4008 万枚 GAS，通过将部分 GAS 转换为 NEO，可恢复大部分初始本金并产生约 2570 万 GAS 净盈余。此外高流动性资产包括约 1112 BTC，主要来自内部整合和 NGC 清算。目前国库以高流动性资产为主，整体健康且自给自足。支出累计结构显示：运营费用占 58%、社区与生态支持占 27%、投资活动占 14%。

Neo 下一阶段的重组计划重点包括：治理将转向社区驱动、基于能力和功绩进行决策，减少对创始人的依赖；提升透明度，在 2026 年起发布年度财务报告、独立审计、公开国库钱包地址、多签托管取代单签；运营重心移至香港以优化监管环境；技术栈进行升级，拥抱非 NeoVM 兼容链；战略布局新兴领域尤其是 AI，即将发布「Neo’s AI Strategy」。
