技术结构上，ADA仍运行在20日与50日均线下方，0.27至0.28美元构成动态阻力区。布林带持续收窄，暗示波动率压缩接近临界点；RSI自超卖区回升至30-40区间，显示抛压有所缓解但动能尚未转强。若后续放量突破0.30美元阻力带，短期走势有望上探0.32美元；反之，一旦0.25美元支撑失守，价格可能进一步测试0.20美元心理关口，市场将重新评估Cardano价格反转时机。
