2月11日消息，据知情人士透露，数据分析公司 Arkham Intelligence 旗下的加密货币平台 Arkham Exchange 正准备关停业务，核心原因在于用户活跃度和交易规模长期未达预期。这一消息在业内迅速传播，引发关于“数据型加密平台商业模式是否可持续”的新一轮讨论。
Arkham 成立于 2020 年，主打链上资金追踪与地址分析工具，并在后期尝试将数据服务延伸至交易场景。公司曾披露注册用户超过 300 万，并在 2024 年10月提出布局加密衍生品业务，试图切入更高频的散户市场。到 2025 年初，Arkham Exchange 已在美国多个州上线现货交易，并于同年12月推出移动端应用，希望借助产品矩阵提升用户黏性。
然而，实际表现并不理想。多位行业人士称，平台交易深度与留存率持续偏低，难以支撑运营成本。公开数据显示，头部加密交易平台日交易额可达数十亿美元，而 Arkham 过去24小时的融资与成交规模仅为数十万美元级别，差距明显。市场认为，这种结构性落差是导致 Arkham Exchange 计划退出的重要因素。
在资本层面，Arkham 的投资方阵容曾备受关注，其中包括 Sam Altman 以及 Draper Associates、Binance Labs、Bedrock 等机构。不过，Arkham 官方尚未就关停传闻作出回应。
Arkham 还发行了原生代币 ARKM，目前价格约为 0.12 美元。随着平台前景不明，ARKM 的流动性与应用场景也面临新的不确定性。（CoinDesk）
