韩国加密行业出现震动性判决。首尔南部地方法院裁定，本土加密资产管理公司CEO Jong-hwan Lee 因操纵代币价格牟利，被判处三年有期徒刑，并处以5亿韩元罚款，同时没收约8.46亿韩元违法所得。该案涉及非法获利约71亿韩元（约488万美元），成为韩国《虚拟资产用户保护法》实施后的首起定罪案例。
法院披露，2024年7月22日至10月25日期间，Jong-hwan Lee 通过自动交易程序制造虚假成交量，并反复下达对倒指令，操纵 ACE 代币价格。数据显示，在其操作前，该代币日均交易量仅约16万单位，而程序启用后的次日即暴增至245万单位，调查发现其中约89%的交易与其有关。
法官指出，此类行为严重破坏市场公正性，损害投资者信任，被告在庭审中未能展现悔意，因此必须从严惩处。除主犯外，公司前员工 Min-cheol Kang 也因协助操纵市场被判两年有期徒刑，缓刑三年。虽然检方部分涉案金额的证据未被完全采信，但法院仍认定双方构成共谋。
该判决被视为韩国加密监管的重要里程碑。《虚拟资产用户保护法》自2024年7月生效以来，首次被成功适用。与此同时，韩国立法机构正在推进《数字资产基本法》，拟进一步规范稳定币、首次代币发行等领域。
业内人士认为，此案释放出强烈信号：亚洲主要经济体正在加快建立更严格的加密市场秩序，任何试图操纵价格、制造虚假流动性的行为，都将面临严厉法律后果。
