The Whale/institution is likely turning to go long again: From last night to this morning, he transferred a total of 482 million USDC into the CEX, and then withdrew 144,255 ETH from the CEX, with an average price possibly around 3,341 USD. These USDC were his collateral for shorting ETH last month: he withdrew 700 million USDC from the CEX at that time to collateralize and borrow 66,000 ETH for shorting on Aave. After repaying the ETH yesterday, he retrieved the USDC collateral and began buying ETH.
