Gate News 消息，3 月 22 日，韩国第二大加密货币交易平台某 CEX 尽管面临一系列争议和监管处罚，仍坚持推动现任 CEO 李在元（Lee Jae-won）连任。此前 2026 年 2 月 6 日，该交易所在进行促销活动时发生严重操作失误，导致向用户错误发放了约 15 倍于平台实际持有量的比特币，总计约 62 万枚 BTC，暴露了该平台在内部验证、资产管理和账本系统方面的重大缺陷。该错误在 35 分钟内被发现并控制，平台冻结了受影响的 695 个账户的交易和提现，并声称已收回 99.7% 的误发资产，但事件仍引发市场短暂恐慌。
韩国金融服务委员会下属的金融情报部门（FIU）对该交易所处以多项处罚，包括部分业务 6 个月停业、368 亿韩元（约 2400 万美元）反洗钱违规罚款、对 CEO 李在元的警告，以及对报告官 6 个月停职。
该 CEO 的任期将于本月结束，公司计划于 3 月 31 日召开定期股东大会，审议将其任期再延长两年的议案。尽管发生重大故障和监管压力，该交易所仍选择推进连任，以维持运营连续性和稳定性而非进行管理层改组。此前类似情况下，如某交易所的 CEO 在收到 FIU 警告后转为顾问角色，管理层往往会面临更大问责。
