根据 Eleanor Terrett 转发的相关材料，法官的核心观点是：“将软件开发者对陌生人滥用中性基础设施负责将违背逻辑。“法官认为 Uniswap 属于"中性基础设施”，而 Tornado Cash 则被认定为"参与了非法金融活动”（明知被用于洗钱后仍继续运营）。
这一表态显示，美国法院在未来涉及去中心化金融（DeFi）基础设施责任认定时，可能会参考开发者是否仅提供中性工具，而非参与违法行为作为判定标准。
