PANews 3月5日消息，据Cointelegraph报道，跨境支付公司西联汇款（Western Union）与基础设施提供商Crossmint达成合作，支持其在Solana区块链上发行USDPT稳定币，并将其与全球支付网络连接。该合作将整合Crossmint的钱包和支付API与西联汇款基础设施，允许金融科技平台使用稳定币转移资金，并通过西联汇款全球超过36万个现金提款点将数字美元兑换为当地货币。
此前去年10月份消息，西联汇款拟于2026年推出基于Solana区块链构建的稳定币USDPT。
