Cơ quan quản lý tài chính Ý Commissione Nazionale per le Società e la Borsa (CONSOB) đã ban hành Nghị quyết số 23891 ngày 25/2/2026, kết luận rằng đợt chào bán token $SOLX của Solaxy vi phạm Quy định Thị trường Tài sản Mã hóa của EU (MiCA). Theo CONSOB, Solaxy đã chào bán $SOLX cho công chúng tại Ý nhưng không thông báo whitepaper theo Điều 8 của MiCA.
Cơ quan này yêu cầu dừng ngay việc chào bán SOLX tại Ý và cho Solaxy 60 ngày để kháng cáo lên Tòa Hành chính Khu vực Lazio. CONSOB cũng đưa vụ việc vào chiến dịch trấn áp gian lận tài chính và cho biết các nhà mạng Ý đang phối hợp chặn truy cập các website liên quan.
Nghị quyết nêu rằng website solaxy.io cung cấp hướng dẫn mua token bằng tiếng Ý, nhắm tới nhà đầu tư trong nước. Dù quyết định không kết luận Solaxy là lừa đảo, CONSOB xác định dự án không tuân thủ nghĩa vụ thông báo theo MiCA.
