RESOLV is a decentralized protocol focused on maintaining the stability of the new stablecoin USR. USR is a Delta neutral stablecoin backed by ETH and BTC collateral, and it combines the liquidity insurance mechanism RLP to achieve predictable convertibility, asset insurance coverage, and a market-neutral revenue distribution model.

The technical foundation of RESOLV

The technological innovation of RESOLV lies in its market-neutral asset pool:

• Spot + Perpetual Contract Hedge: Use spot and perpetual contract positions to hedge and control overall volatility.
• Hedging mechanism: When the ETH/BTC spot price fluctuates, profits or losses are balanced through opposing positions.
• Decentralized custody: Most assets are staked on-chain, while a small portion is used as futures margin and held in custody by institutions.

This design allows USR to have a more decentralized and risk-resistant structure compared to traditional stablecoins.

The revenue and distribution mechanism of RESOLV

Daily earnings are distributed based on the overall operation status of the protocol:

• Base rewards: allocated to stUSR stakers and RLP holders.
• Risk premium: exclusively granted to RLP holders to compensate for the market risks they bear.
• Protocol fees: Allocated to Resolv Treasury for protocol governance and subsequent development.

If the asset pool incurs a net loss on a certain day (such as perpetual position funding fees), no rewards will be distributed on that day, and the loss will be borne by RLP.
