US EIA Implied Crude Oil Demand Data for October 3: Demand Increases

The US Energy Information Administration (EIA) released its latest implied crude oil demand data for the week ending October 3, 2025, on October 8, 2025. The reported figure was 19.501 million barrels per day, compared to the previous value of 19.082 million barrels per day.This metric, defined as DOE implied crude oil demand, is a sub-indicator within the EIA crude oil inventory report. As it encompasses both domestic US demand and exports abroad, it provides a partial reflection of global crude oil market demand.The data carries a level 2 importance and is published weekly. The next release is scheduled for October 17, 2025.
