分析：MSCI设置“隐藏条款”或将切断Strategy增量资金流入

PANews 1月8日消息，据CryptoSlate报道，全球股票和ETF市场基准提供商MSCI已宣布暂时不会剔除比特币财库公司Strategy，但其中一项隐藏条款“MSCI will not implement any increases to the Number of Shares (NOS)MSCI 将不会对该标的纳入股数（NOS）执行任何增加操作”引发社区关注，该条款意味着Strategy通过ATM新增发行的股份不会被MSCI指数计入权重，也不会触发被动资金买入，即MSCI认可加密货币储备类股票的存在，但拒绝继续为ATM增发提供被动资金接盘，即使Strategy增发更多股票，被动基金也不会跟进买入，增量资金将被切断，打破了Strategy依赖发行新股融资购入比特币、再由ETF强制买入支撑股价的“无限资金循环”。据悉除了Strategy之外，潜在受影响的比特币财库公司还包括Metaplanet和Capital B。
