YZi Labs 指控 BNB 财库公司 CEA Industries 资管方 10X Capital“ 管理不善并威胁放弃 BNB 策略”

深潮 TechFlow 消息，12 月 3 日，据官方公告，BNB 财库公司 CEA Industries, Inc.（纳斯达克：BNC）重要股东 YZi Labs Management Ltd. 向该公司资产管理方 10X Capital Asset Management LLC 发出正式通知和纠正要求。

YZi Labs 指控 10X Capital 存在管理不善和透明度不足问题，威胁违反与 YZi Labs 的战略服务协议。核心争议在于，10X Capital 威胁放弃 BNB 资金库策略，转而投资 Solana 等其他加密货币，这与公司此前向 PIPE 投资者承诺的 5 亿美元用于"建立公司 BNB 资金库运营"的表态相矛盾。

YZi Labs 要求 10X Capital 在 12 月 5 日前书面确认将遵守 BNB 资财库策略，并未不当处置 BNB 资产。同时指出，在 10X Capital 管理下，BNC 股价表现严重落后同行，较 PIPE 公告前水平下跌约 19%，较公告后水平下跌 87%。

YZi Labs 已向美国证券交易委员会提交初步同意征求书，寻求扩大董事会并任命独立董事。
