根据 21Shares 公告，Strategy Yield ETP 通过持有 Strategy Inc. 发行的优先证券，为投资者提供与 Strategy Inc. 以比特币为中心的储备政策挂钩的收益。公告披露的收益机制要点包括：收益来自 Strategy Inc. 优先证券自发行以来的可变分红；比特币与美元储备的分红覆盖期逾 50 年；分红率每月审核一次，并设有与短期利率挂钩的最低分红率，以确保收益率与市场状况一致。
