I just saw the grand scene at GTC and was truly amazed. By 8 a.m., the entrance of the SAP Center was already packed with people. Over 20,000 attendees queued up to catch a glimpse of Jensen Huang's speech, with the line stretching so far that it was out of sight. This spectacle was like a superstar concert.

What’s most interesting is that the keynote was filled with major figures from Taiwan’s tech industry. Liu Yang-wei from Foxconn, Lin Yu-shen from Quanta, and Kaohsiung Mayor Chen Chi-mai all personally attended. They weren’t just there to join the crowd; they were serious about understanding Jensen Huang’s vision for the future of AI development. Lin Yu-shen mentioned that they wanted to learn about hardware development trends and new platform features, which are in high demand, so they had to come in person.

The hot topic at the venue was undoubtedly the highlight: the debut of the world’s first chip built with TSMC’s 1-nanometer process, the Feynman chip. From chips, software, models, to applications, the complete technology stack was unveiled, revealing NVIDIA’s latest AI industry blueprint. The Vera Rubin platform also introduced new features, which seem quite powerful.

Interestingly, Taiwan’s supply chain’s position has further strengthened in this Vera Rubin and AI factory era, once again drawing global attention. Attendees discussed how these hot new products might transform the industry. Some believe they will launch groundbreaking AI applications, while others focus on the next steps in hardware development.

The powerful influence of Jensen Huang was palpable at the event, which is why GTC is called the AI Super Bowl. The vibrant AI industry trends are colliding here, with tens of thousands of people closely watching every detail, eager to seize business opportunities first. Taiwan’s tech community also understands that these hot new technologies and platforms will significantly benefit investment attraction and industry layout, so no one wants to miss this grand event.
