OpenAI与Amazon宣布战略合作，Amazon将向OpenAI投资500亿美元

Odaily星球日报讯据 OpenAI 官方消息，OpenAI 与 Amazon 宣布一项多年期战略合作。Amazon 将向 OpenAI 投资 500 亿美元，其中首期投资 150 亿美元，剩余 350 亿美元将在满足特定条件后于未来数月内完成。

双方将联合开发由 OpenAI 模型驱动的有状态运行时环境（Stateful Runtime Environment），该环境将通过 Amazon Bedrock 向 AWS 客户提供，预计未来数月内上线。AWS 将成为 OpenAI Frontier 平台的独家第三方云分发提供商，Frontier 可供企业构建、部署和管理 AI 代理团队。

在基础设施方面，双方将现有 380 亿美元多年期协议扩展 1000 亿美元，期限为 8 年。OpenAI 承诺通过 AWS 基础设施使用约 2 吉瓦的 Trainium 算力，涵盖 Trainium3 及预计 2027 年开始交付的下一代 Trainium4 芯片。

此外，OpenAI 与 Amazon 还将合作开发定制模型，供 Amazon 开发者用于面向消费者的应用，作为 Amazon 现有 Nova 系列模型的补充。
