马斯克重组xAI并入SpaceX，Grok风波叠加创始团队离职引发AI版图巨变？

马斯克在X平台发文宣布，旗下人工智能公司xAI已启动组织重组，并“需要与部分员工分道扬镳”，目标是提升执行效率。他未披露裁员规模，也未区分自愿或被动离职，但强调公司仍在继续招聘，表明xAI仍将推进核心产品与算力布局。
此次调整正值xAI创始团队持续动荡之际。联合创始人Jimmy Ba与Tony Wu本周确认离职，此前Igor Babuschkin、Kyle Kosic、Christian Szegedy和Greg Yang等多位核心成员也已先后退出。团队变化与战略转向同步发生。
更受关注的是，马斯克上周宣布，SpaceX通过一笔创纪录的全股票交易完成对xAI的收购。根据公开文件，合并后SpaceX估值约1万亿美元，xAI估值约2500亿美元。xAI目前拥有并运营社交平台X，同时也是Grok聊天机器人和图像生成系统的开发方。马斯克此前已通过xAI完成对X的收购，该交易于2025年3月以股票形式完成。
在资本层面快速整合的同时，xAI也面临多地监管压力。欧洲、亚洲与美国相关机构正在调查Grok是否涉及未经同意的露骨图像生成与传播，其中包含未成年人素材，可能触及多项数据与内容合规红线。这一风险使xAI的商业化与国际扩张充满不确定性。
