对于交易量急增的原因，市场尚无定论。可能因素包括 Aave 上 USDT 借贷年化收益率已降至约 2%，吸引力下降；以及市场对 Hyperliquid 即将推出 HIP-4 市场的预期。知名 DeFi 交易员 Route 2 Fi 近日在 X 平台发文表示，Aave 上 2% USDT 年化收益率已缺乏吸引力，引发社区广泛讨论，反映部分用户正积极寻求更高回报的替代投资渠道。
