全球法币—加密货币支付解决方案提供商 Alchemy Pay 宣布，与香港证监会持牌法团 HTF Securities Limited 成功完成第四类（证券咨询）牌照升级，新增虚拟资产咨询服务。这意味着HTF在原有证券相关业务基础上，正式获准为机构及零售客户提供与虚拟资产相关的合规咨询，进一步拓宽了香港数字资产服务的受监管边界。
此次升级是在Alchemy Pay此前对HTF Securities进行战略投资之后取得的重要进展。更新后的牌照授权范围，强化了其在虚拟资产合规咨询领域的业务能力，也标志着Alchemy Pay在香港数字金融体系中的布局迈出关键一步。相关负责人表示，这只是更大监管拓展计划的第一阶段，后续将逐步向第1类与第9类下的虚拟资产交易及资产管理方向延伸。
该举措与香港近年来积极推动数字资产纳入主流金融体系的趋势相呼应，也参考了HashKey等本地金融机构的合规发展路径。对于Alchemy Pay而言，这不仅是区域性突破，也将为其法币—加密货币支付网络、稳定币应用以及基于稳定币的区块链基础设施建设提供更稳固的监管支撑。
作为其亚洲长期战略的重要组成部分，Alchemy Pay持续加码香港市场。公司希望通过合规基础设施，连接传统金融与Web3生态，为企业与个人提供更安全、可扩展的数字资产通道。
