2月3日消息，德国主要零售银行 ING 德国公司已正式向个人客户开放加密货币挂钩的交易所交易票据（ETN）及相关产品通道，使散户可通过银行体系直接参与比特币、以太坊和 Solana 的价格表现。这一举措被视为欧洲传统金融体系加速拥抱数字资产的重要信号。
根据官网披露，这些产品由 21Shares、Bitwise 与 VanEck 等发行方提供，均为实物支持型工具，追踪对应加密资产价格，并通过 ING 的 Direct Depot 平台在受监管市场中流通。客户无需自行保管私钥或设置第三方钱包，即可在熟悉的证券账户中完成配置与交易。
VanEck 欧洲首席执行官 Martijn Rozemuller 表示，此举为希望进入加密市场、但又偏好传统托管结构的投资者提供了新的路径。“很多用户希望在现有的证券体系内配置数字资产，同时享受清晰成本结构和合规框架。”
ING 还指出，在德国，这类 ETN 的税务处理方式与直接持有加密货币相似，若持仓超过一年，部分情形下可享受资本利得税豁免，这也成为吸引长期配置者的重要因素之一。
不过，该行也在产品说明中提示多项风险，包括价格波动剧烈、发行方破产可能导致全部损失、流动性不足、市场操纵及监管政策变化等不确定性。ING 在其投资者教育页面中直言，加密货币本质上仍属高度投机性资产，其价格很大程度依赖市场情绪。
作为一家历史可追溯至18世纪的荷兰大型金融集团，ING近年来持续加码数字资产布局。去年9月，该行还与多家欧洲银行联合推进欧元稳定币项目，试图打造跨境支付新标准。此次在德国零售端引入比特币、以太坊与 Solana 挂钩产品，显示传统银行正加速向加密金融领域渗透。
