美国停摆触发流动性危机？Raoul Pal警告加密货币抛售潮或未结束

2月2日消息，随着比特币与主流加密资产持续回落，市场开始担忧这一轮下行是否仍在早期阶段。Global Macro Investor 创始人 Raoul Pal 近日指出，当前的加密货币抛售并非源自行业自身，而是美国政府停摆引发的流动性紧缩正在对全球风险资产造成冲击。
Raoul Pal 在 X 平台表示，美国近期两次政府停摆，叠加金融体系中逆回购资金已于2024年耗尽，使得美元流动性出现明显缺口，从而压制了原本应处于上升周期的加密市场。他认为，这种宏观阻力很可能在本周随着拨款协议落地而缓解，一旦停摆结束，影响流动性的关键障碍将被移除。
他同时反驳了市场将下跌归因于特朗普提名的美联储主席人选 Kevin Warsh 的说法。部分声音称 Warsh 偏鹰派、或延后降息，但 Raoul Pal 认为这种判断缺乏依据，并强调 Warsh 仍会执行降息政策，为特朗普与 Scott Bessent 推动银行体系释放流动性创造条件。
资金面上，比特币 ETF 近期持续承压。过去两周，相关产品录得约28亿美元的净流出，自10月高点以来，总资产规模已回落约31%。比特币价格也一度跌至76,000美元附近，低于美国现货比特币 ETF 的平均持仓成本，机构减仓情绪进一步放大了市场波动。
尽管短期压力仍在，Raoul Pal 仍保持对2026年的信心。他认为，当前的下行更像是流动性收缩带来的阶段性调整，而非趋势逆转。若美国财政与货币环境逐步修复，加密市场有望重新获得资金支持，风险情绪也将随之改善。
