BlockBeats 消息，1 月 29 日，去中心化数据云平台 Cere Network 再陷法律风波。据最新提交至旧金山联邦法院的诉状，Cere 联合创始人 Fred Jin 及其家人、董事会成员被指在 2021 年代币公开发行期间实施「拉盘出货（pump-and-dump）」计划，非法侵吞投资者资金，索赔金额高达 1 亿美元。
起诉人 Vivian Liu 称，其既是 Cere 员工也是投资者。诉状指控，Jin 曾承诺其本人及早期投资者的代币将在上线后数月才解锁，但实际上，Jin 及其同伙在代币上线后立即在多家交易平台秘密抛售超过 4100 万美元的 CERE 代币，并将资金转入个人钱包。
这是 Cere Network 本月面临的第二起诉讼。此前 1 月 13 日，另一位联合创始人 Kenzi Wang 已在特拉华州衡平法院代表公司起诉 Jin 及董事会，指控其系统性挪用超过 5800 万美元公司资产，并通过虚假会计处理、空壳实体及洗盘交易掩盖行为。
最新诉讼还指称，Jin 曾与已因市场操纵被定罪的做市商 Gotbit 合作，利用机器人刷量以掩盖欺诈行为。目前 CERE 代币价格较 2021 年 11 月高点已下跌约 99.9%。Cere Network 与 Fred Jin 尚未就相关指控作出回应。
