达鸿飞：张铮文严重歪曲事实且“只说部分真相”，自己仍寻求“有限合作”

PANews 1月26日消息，针对Neo联创张铮文所发帖子，NEO创始人达鸿飞回应称其严重歪曲事实。达鸿飞指出，张铮文所要求的“机制”，原话竟是“每一笔交易及所有支出都须经我批准”，这实则是照搬Neo基金会财库的独裁管理模式；而自己所说的，是自今年起Neo基金会与NGD财务报告将每季度发布，透明度与细节丰富度都将大幅提升。达鸿飞表示，自己曾告知张铮文（及其他社区成员）可在neo.org发布新闻与博客，还发消息称将授权@Neo_Blockchain账号供其使用以吸引粉丝，但张铮文却多次“只说部分真相”。达鸿飞称往后需记录所有对话。达鸿飞还提到，为公开透明，自己询问并获张铮文同意后，安排NGD与其管理的Neo基金会财库开展交易，首批100万美元以现货价格进行。动机一是增加NGD股权份额以统一各方利益，二是为张铮文提供运营资金推广Neo主网。达鸿飞强调，自己一直寻求“有限合作”，双方仍有推动Neo发展复兴的共同目标，应在目标一致处合作、有分歧处独立工作，这是解决Neo近年治理僵局的唯一办法，并要求张铮文别再歪曲其言论。
