俄罗斯检察官申请扣押前调查员涉WEX“加密货币贿赂”的近3000万美元资产

PANews 12月3日消息，据DL News报道，俄罗斯检方寻求没收潜逃的秘密部门官员Georgy Satyukov的大量奢侈品资产。其被指控从已关停的WEX加密货币交易所运营者处收受价值1.84亿美元的比特币和3000万美元的以太坊作为贿赂，而调查人员已查明与Satyukov涉嫌行贿有关的资产价值2960万美元。检方称，Satyukov利用赃款购置了13处俄罗斯公寓、圣彼得堡数处非住宅物业、一套阿联酋别墅以及登记在其兄弟名下的萨拉托夫市百万美元房产。此外，调查还发现其名下有两辆保时捷卡宴Turbo、七块百达翡丽手表及其他总价超130万美元的珠宝，其家族银行账户中尚有超1500万美元的现金与外币。据称，贿赂源于WEX交易所前系统管理员Alexey Ivanov，其希望Satyukov帮助其规避刑事调查。Satyukov及其前同事Dmitry Sokolov目前均在逃，莫斯科法院准备对其进行缺席审判。若定罪，其资产可能被收归国有。WEX交易所于2017年接管了BTC-e的交易业务，后者因其创始人Alexander Vinnik因欺诈和洗钱指控在希腊被捕而倒闭，WEX也于2018年停止运营。
