索尼银行计划2026年推出美元稳定币，加速全球娱乐生态支付革新

索尼银行正加速布局加密支付体系，计划最早于 2026 财年发行与美元挂钩的稳定币，意在服务索尼全球庞大的游戏、流媒体与动漫生态。据《日经新闻》报道，这款稳定币将允许用户在 PlayStation 及相关平台上直接支付订阅与数字内容费用，无需依赖信用卡，进一步降低索尼在信用卡网络上的支付成本。

为了将该产品顺利推向美国市场，索尼银行已于今年 10 月申请美国银行牌照，并计划成立美国分支以负责发行与合规事务，同时与美国稳定币基础设施公司 Bastion 达成合作。索尼超过 30% 的收入来自美国，使得美国消费者成为稳定币早期推广的关键群体。这一计划也受益于最新通过的《GENIUS 法案》。

虽然索尼金融集团已从索尼集团分拆，但其已确认将继续支持稳定币的开发与推广。不过，美国银行业界对这一计划表示担忧，ICBA 指出索尼的稳定币看似与传统存款产品类似，却不受 FDIC 保险保护，可能对消费者带来风险。该机构还强调索尼银行尚未完全满足美国金融监管的全部要求。

与此同时，机构对稳定币的采用正迅速增长。西联汇款将在 2026 年推出基于 Solana 的美元代币 USDPT；欧洲九家大型银行也将在 2026 年发行符合 MiCA 的欧元稳定币；美国方面，怀俄明州已推出自己的 FRNT 稳定币，并已在多条链上运行。

随着巨头入场与监管逐步明确，稳定币正走向主流，索尼的加入进一步加速全球数字支付格局的变革。
