FTX债权人：FTX 2.0竞标曾有三家资金雄厚的最终入围者，但被律师否决

PANews 11月19日消息，FTX联合创始人SBF（Sam Bankman - Fried）转发了FTX债权人Arush的推文。该推文披露，在FTX2.0重启项目竞标过程中，情况与Andrew Dieterich宣称“无人想买FTX 2.0”的说法大相径庭。实际有三家信誉良好且资金雄厚的最终入围者参与了出售流程：一是Arj/Tribe与一家未公开披露信息的上市交易所；二是Tom Farley旗下的Bullish；三是Mike Cagney旗下的Figure。这些出价方均提出了包含大量股权成分的方案，若交易成功，本可为所有FTX债权人的资产增加数百亿美元的价值，但律师最终否决了这些交易。这一结果令他们、公众及债权人均感到意外。Arush指出，FTX2.0竞标者承诺将债权代币化，并运营这个价值数十亿美元的风险投资和加密货币投资组合。Tom Farley或Mike Cagney均是合适的运营人选，但最终FTX现任CEO John Ray以及Sullcrom律师事务所叫停了交易。
