PANews 10月27日消息，针对ASI联盟（由Fetch.ai、Ocean Protocol和SingularityNET组成）合并破裂后的争议，Ocean Protocol基金会近日发布公告，否认Fetch.ai高管关于“窃取社区代币”的指控，并反指Fetch.ai未履行法律义务。 Ocean表示，被指控的代币属于独立组织Ocean Expeditions（前身为oceanDAO），与基金会法律分离且未参与ASI合并协议。Ocean还透露，2024年5月已向Fetch.ai和SingularityNET说明Ocean Expeditions的独立性。 此外，Ocean要求Fetch.ai尽快向代币迁移合约注入承诺的1.109亿枚$FET，用于$OCEAN代币持有者兑换。Ocean强调不存在“归还代币”的可能，相关代币由Ocean Expeditions为社区安全保管。 此外，Ocean Protocol明确表示不存在所谓的“归还”代币问题，因为代币从未被盗或转移。
