Joseph Lubin: The scale of the first quarter MetaMask on-chain rewards program may exceed 30 million USD, but it has not officially launched yet.
Golden Finance reports that Joseph Lubin, co-founder of Ethereum, stated on the X platform that the MetaMask rewards have been a hot topic in the community. Currently, it is still in the early stages of conceptual prototyping and has not officially launched. In the first season, various forms will be used to distribute rewards worth over $30 million to users, including LINEA tokens to support on-chain activities. Starting from Linea, it will expand to MetaMask and soon to DIN (Infura's decentralized infrastructure project). Additionally, for long-term users, there will be opportunities to seek rewards in the upcoming MetaMask TGE event apart from the first season rewards.
