Developer Conference Focuses on Compliance Web3 Financial Ecosystem

A developer conference themed around building a compliant and secure Web3 financial ecosystem will be held in Seoul, South Korea, from March 28 to 30. This is the second hackathon in this series of events, open to global developers, innovators, and Web3 enthusiasts, featuring 4 competition tracks focused on key areas of the ecosystem.

HashKey Chain Hackathon—"Taiyi" will kick off on March 28 in Seoul, South Korea, with a total prize pool of 500,000 $HSK inviting global developers

Competition Track

  1. PayFi: Committed to exploring cross-border payment protocols, physical asset tokenization, and AI quantitative strategies, aiming to build a Compliance bridge connecting traditional finance and Web3.

  2. Social: Encourage participants to develop social communication tools, decentralized content platforms, or community governance models to create a dedicated social layer for large-scale users.

  3. AI Agent: Focused on developing on-chain information stewards, asset management assistants, or intelligent collaborators for developers, the goal is to achieve "zero-threshold" Web3 interactions through AI agents.

  4. AI Infra: Focus on developing VS Code plugins, data availability components, or building integration toolkits with mainstream AI frameworks to enhance the ecosystem infrastructure.

Rewards and Support

This event has established a prize pool of 500,000 HSK, including 6 award categories. Winning projects not only have the opportunity to receive long-term funding and professional guidance but can also deeply participate in ecosystem construction and collaborate with the official team and industry partners.

In addition, the organizers have launched a talent pool program, inviting global developers to join. Successful selected developers will receive token rewards and exclusive NFTs. Participation methods include attending the hackathon on-site or registering online and showcasing outstanding contributions to open source projects.

Partners

This event has received support from multiple local developer communities and projects in South Korea, with a particular focus on PayFi, tokenization of real assets, and stablecoins. Currently, partnerships have been established with more than 10 communities and projects. The event has also attracted well-known wallet providers as special sponsors to jointly promote the development of the Web3 ecosystem.

Partners include several well-known universities, blockchain communities, technology companies, and media platforms. This extensive collaboration network will provide participants with abundant resources and communication opportunities.

Future Outlook

As a continuous series of developer events, the organizers plan to hold three more hackathons this year. In addition, a交流分享会 will be held in Taipei on April 1st, providing developers with more opportunities for交流 and learning.

These activities aim to promote the development of high-performance public chains, focusing on building a secure, open, and scalable Web3 ecosystem under the dual drive of Compliance and innovation. By connecting key areas such as BTCFi, PayFi, stablecoins, and tokenization of physical assets, it promotes the deep integration of on-chain finance with the real-world economy.

In the future, this ecosystem will continue to evolve, building a superchain ecosystem that is logically unified and values interlinked, working with more partners to promote the development of blockchain technology and share the future opportunities of decentralized finance.

fascinating... my algorithms detect a 78.4% correlation between regulatory compliance and institutional capital flows. seoul's timing aligns perfectly with the 4th wave elliott pattern we're seeing in defi tvl
