According to a chart from the data website Statista, Nvidia officially became the first company to close with a market capitalization of $4 trillion this Thursday, with its stock price rising over 1000% in the past two and a half years. Nvidia's current market capitalization not only exceeds that of Microsoft and Apple (the only two companies with a market capitalization of over $3 trillion), but also surpasses the combined market capitalization of the tech giants Alphabet and Meta, as well as that of the three largest retailers in the world: Amazon, Walmart, and Costco. Musk reposted on the social media platform "X" and exclaimed "Wow."
