ChainCatcher 消息，据 Cointelegraph 报道，Bakkt Holdings 的投资者对公司及其高管提起集体诉讼，指控其发布虚假或误导性陈述，未充分披露与主要客户 Webull 和美国银行（BoA）相关的重要信息，涉嫌违反美国证券法。诉讼指出，Webull 在 2023 年和 2024 年的大部分时间里，占 Bakkt 加密服务收入的 74%，美国银行在 2024 年 1 月至 9 月期间，占其忠诚度服务收入的 17%。 2025 年 3 月 17 日，Bakkt 披露美国银行和 Webull 无意续签将于 2025 年到期的协议，导致公司股价在随后 24 小时内下跌超过 27%。投资者指控 Bakkt “歪曲了其加密服务收入的稳定性和/或多样性”，并且没有披露该收入“很大程度上依赖于”Webull 的合同。诉讼称：“由于被告的错误行为和不作为，以及公司证券市场价值的急剧下跌，原告和其他集体成员遭受了重大损失和损害。”
