布蘭特原油本週波動劇烈，先從上週末高點 $112 暴跌 11% 至 $97，隨後又回升至 $104。然後今（25）日清晨又快速下跌 8%，現報 $94.67。

劇烈的走勢背後是市場在問：川普說的這些，有幾分可信？

川普說了什麼？

3 月 25 日，川普在白宮宣稱美方正在「與伊朗對的人談話」，稱伊朗非常渴望達成協議，已同意絕對不會擁有核武器，並送出一份涉及石油、天然氣與荷姆茲海峽通行權的價值連城的大禮。

副總統萬斯與國務卿魯比歐（Rubio）均參與其中，美方也透露已透過巴基斯坦向伊朗遞交 15 點和平方案。

川普本人的總結是：「我們已經贏了這場戰爭。」

伊朗說了什麼？

但伊朗的回應是乾淨俐落的全面否認。伊朗半官方新聞機構表示，雙方並未進行任何談判，川普不可靠。議會議長 Ghalibaf 的用語更直接，稱這是「假新聞操縱石油市場」。

與此同時，伊朗最高領導人辦公室任命強硬派 Mohammad-Bagher Zolghadr 出任國家安全委員會首長，這個時間點的人事安排，方向與「接近和解」完全相反。

伊朗此前的公開條件是：要求美方賠償，並保證未來不再發動攻擊。川普的 15 點方案內容尚未公開，但從雙方目前對外的公開定性來看，連是否正在談判這個最基本的問題，似乎都無法達成共識。
