Stripe ra mắt Machine Payments Protocol (MPP) ngày 18/03/2026, cho phép tác nhân AI thực hiện micropayment tức thì mà không cần con người phê duyệt. Hệ thống loại bỏ các bước thanh toán trung gian, giúp giao dịch máy–máy diễn ra liền mạch trong API, cloud và IoT.

Nhờ loại bỏ ma sát từ người dùng, micropayment có thể mở rộng quy mô. Doanh nghiệp hưởng lợi từ giảm chi phí vận hành, theo dõi chi phí thời gian thực và loại bỏ mô hình đăng ký. MPP tích hợp với ngân hàng, thẻ, ví số và stablecoin như USDC. Ứng dụng gồm xe tự hành thanh toán sạc điện hoặc thiết bị thông minh mua dịch vụ theo nhu cầu. Stripe định vị thanh toán máy là nền tảng cho nền kinh tế số tự động hóa hoàn toàn.
